Instructions for Use;
1- Hang the washable filter covered with cloth inside the brewing chamber and leave it. Pull the chain down and attach it to the end of the pipe.
2- Fill hot water up to the 5 mark in the lower chamber to brew 5 cups of coffee. For each cup, you need to put one measure of coffee into the upper chamber with the scale provided in the box.
3- Place the brewing section on the lower chamber and place it under the siphon after turning on the heater.
4- While the water is boiling, the boiling water will pass to the upper part of the siphon. (A small amount of water will continue to remain in the lower chamber.) After the water in the lower chamber reaches the upper chamber, mix it gently with the wooden stirrer included in the box.
5- Wait 60 seconds, then remove it from the heat source. The brewed coffee will drain from the coffee grains and go down to the lower chamber.
6- Slowly move the brewing section back and forth to separate it from the bottom of the carafe. Serve the brewing section by holding it by the handle.
Things to Pay Attention to;
- Do not light the stove wick/rope without filling the stove chamber with flammable liquids such as cologne, kerosene, etc. If you light the rope without pouring, the rope may run out immediately and you may not be able to make your coffee.
- You can clean the filter mechanism and glass parts with hot soapy water.
- Rubbing with granular powder detergents may scratch the glass.
