- Place a round and flat filter paper in the middle chamber of the cold dripper so that the coffee grains do not mix with the water. Be sure to wet the paper before brewing so that the filter paper sticks well to the glass edges and the taste of the paper does not pass into the coffee.
- Grind your coffee to a medium level.
- Place the 65 gr of coffee you have ground in the middle chamber and level the coffee with a spoon. Then take three or four more of the filter papers you have just used and cover the entire top of the coffee with these filter papers. In this way, the dripping water does not directly contact the coffee and spreads evenly to each grain.
- Add a total of 1 lt of cold water and ice to the top chamber. You can use 500 ml of water and 500 gr of ice, but this can cause the coffee to burn due to excessively cold water. We recommend that you add 200 gr of ice to 800 ml of cold water to get rid of bitter tastes.
- Adjust the dripping time of the equipment to one drop every 1-2 seconds.
- Brewing will be finished in 8 - 12 hours.
- When all the water is used up, take the bottom container and pour it into bottles. Your cold brew is ready, you can put it in the fridge and consume it whenever you want.
